How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Arrangementsomebody Restoration should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Arrangementsomebody Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please note that Arrangementsomebody Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@arrangementsomebody.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
