Disclaimer and Important Notices
Last updated: October 2026
Please read this notice before you use arrangementsomebody.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.
A Referral Service, Not a Restoration Company
Arrangementsomebody Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, drying, cleanup, mold remediation or repairs. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Arrangementsomebody Restoration.
No Endorsement, No Promises
Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse it. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.
For General Information
The content on this site is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every water damage case is different, and what fits one house may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.
About Costs
Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices depend on the job, your location, the materials involved and how far the damage has spread. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.
About Insurance
What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.
Your Safety Comes First
Water damage can bring electrical hazards, weakened structures and unsafe water. Do not put yourself at risk. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
How We Are Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Arrangementsomebody Restoration when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.
Accuracy of the Information
We try to keep the information here correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
